Caramel Apple Crisp
This caramel apple crisp combines the delicious flavor combination of sweet and sticky caramel with juicy apples. The caramel apples are topped with a brown sugar and oat crisp topping and baked until golden. Apple Filling:
- 5 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Crisp Topping:
- ¾ cup oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add the thinly sliced apples, 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and caramel sauce and mix until combined.

Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
For the Topping
In a large mixing bowl add the oats, all purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and baking powder and mix to combine.

Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple slices.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
