Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes diced into large chunks
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/2 a large yellow onion diced
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray and add the beef to the bottom of the crockpot.
    2 pounds beef stew meat
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on top of the meat. Add garlic.

  • Add potatoes, carrots, peas, and onion.

  • Add beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Then pour in the beef broth.

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • One hour before cooking is finished, in a small bowl combine the corn starch and water and mix until dissolved. Pour into the crock pot.
