Equipment

  • punch bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 liters Sprite
  • 3 cups coconut water pulp free
  • blue gel food coloring
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 16 ounces Swedish Fish candy

Instructions

  • To a large bowl, add vanilla ice cream.
  • Drop a bit of the blue gel food coloring over the ice cream.
  • Add the coconut water, and then the Sprite.
  • Stir gently. Add more blue color, if needed.
  • Add some of the gummy candies to the bowl, and add them to each cup when serving.

Notes

This recipe bakes about a gallon of punch with the ice cream added.
You can swap the ice cream for lime sherbet to keep more lemon-lime flavor, but it may make the punch more of a teal color.
If you can't find Swedish Fish and Friends, swap for regular swedish fish, gummy sharks, or other gummy ocean creatures.
