Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shaved beefsteak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss with tongs to coat the beef. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge.
1 pound shaved beefsteak, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.
2 tablespoons olive oil
Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until the veggies are softened.
1 medium green bell pepper, 1 medium white onion, 8 ounces white or baby Bella mushrooms
Remove the veggies to a plate and set aside.
Add the remaining olive oil to your skillet, then add the seasoned beef and cook, stirring/turning the meat frequently, until it is browned and cooked through.
When the beef is cooked, add the veggies back into the pan and stir everything together, cooking for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Place the butter into a glass measuring cup or mixing bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds, or until melted.
2 tablespoons salted butter
Add the minced garlic and stir to combine.
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Slice the slab of dinner rolls in half, using a serrated knife, and place the bottom half of the slab onto your prepared baking sheet.
Use a pastry brush to brush half of the butter/garlic mixture onto the bottom slab of dinner rolls.
1 dozen dinner rolls
Spoon the cooked meat & veggie mixture onto the buttered dinner rolls, spreading the mixture evenly over the surface.
Arrange the sliced provolone over the top of the meat & veggie mixture.
6-8 slices provolone cheese
Place the top slab of the dinner rolls over the cheese, then brush the remaining butter/garlic mixture over the tops of the dinner rolls.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until heated throughout and the cheese is melted.
Slice into sliders, then pull apart, and serve hot.
