Ingredients to Make This Recipe

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes or mints
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • red food coloring

Instructions to Make Candy Cane Fudge

Step One: Melt Ingredients

Next step in preparing Candy Cane Fudge is to add red and white mixture to a baking pan.
  • Line a 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray with non stick baking spray and set aside.
Next step in preparing Candy Cane Fudge is to mix the melted condensed milk and white chocolate chips using a beater in a large bowl.

  • Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sauce pan. Over medium heat stirring until almost melted. Remove from the heat and continue to stir until the mixture is smooth and all the chocolate chips have melted.
  • Stir in peppermint extract and crushed mints.

  • Chill for 2-3 hours and then cut.

  • Freezer: For long-term storage, wrap the fudge tightly in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer-safe container. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. Just thaw at room temperature before enjoying!
