Ingredients to Make This Recipe

- 23 ounces white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup crushed candy canes or mints
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- red food coloring
Instructions to Make Candy Cane Fudge
Step One: Melt Ingredients

- Line a 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray with non stick baking spray and set aside.


- Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sauce pan. Over medium heat stirring until almost melted. Remove from the heat and continue to stir until the mixture is smooth and all the chocolate chips have melted.
- Stir in peppermint extract and crushed mints.


- Remove half of the batter to a bowl and add red food coloring, stirring until combined.


- Add dollops of white and red batter to the baking dish into a even layer. We did this in two layers to add to the effects of the colors.


- Add more crushed candy canes to the top of the fudge before chilling (optional).
- Chill for 2-3 hours and then cut.
